SUBJECT: RECITAL INFORMATION -ADS/TICKETS/PICTURES
RECITAL DATE: June 16, 2012 (Saturday) - Music Hall - 7:00 p.m.
Theme: "Its My Time To Shine"
FEES: ALL CLASS AND/OR RECITAL FEES should be paid up to date by April 30, 2012, (Please, start now paying up all delinquent fees.) No special requests will be accepted. Time prevails.
TICKETS: Recital flyers and Scholarship Fund raffle tickets will be distributed in May. Recital flyers are for distribution, in lieu of tickets. All students are responsible for $20.00, PAID IN ADVANCE, for 20 raffle tickets @ $1.00 each. Cash prizes are given at recital.
ADS: Because there are no ticket sales, and expenses at the Music Hall have increased, all students are encouraged to take part in the Ad Contest by bringing in ads for the recital booklet. Three winners will be chosen based on the largest amount of money turned in for ads solicited and sold.
ADS DEADLINE: Please turn in all RECITAL ADS by May 1, 2012, type all ads, or write them legibly and easy for the printer to read.
(NOTE) NO PERSONAL CHECKS FROM PATRONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR PATRON LISTINGS OR PERSONAL ADS. Any checks from outside persons should be made payable to you, you cash them and turn in the cash money. However, checks from businesses, churches, organizations, etc., are acceptable.
PICTURES: Picture day will be on the second Tuesday in May. You will be notified of a firm picture date when all costumes are in. Please clear your calendars during this weeks so that all students can appear in the program booklet.
PARENTS PLEASE PLAN TO KEEP YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN IN DANCE CLASSES THRU JULY. ACROBATIC STUDENTS WILL CONTINUE LESSONS THRU JULY TO PREPARE FOR COMPETITIONS, BATON AND ADULT CLASSES WILL NOT.
